REVIVE AND RUN YOGA RETREAT
Stay 6 nights in the beautiful, natural surroundings at Monte Velho, with yoga twice a day and plenty of individual attention from your teacher, Helen Clare. Morning practice will be Vinyasa Yoga to enliven and strengthen, and evenings will be Yin to relax and restore. Helen will also be offering two optional afternoon Asana workshops and two Yoga Flow Running workshops. Yoga Flow Running is Helen’s method of taking key principles of yoga to run with better technique, to help prevent injury and increase efficiency.
